Description

Das Zentrum für Psychiatrie Südwürttemberg errichtet den Neubau einer Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie. Die Baufläche für die geplante Maßnahme befindet sich auf Flurstück 485/1 in der Weingartshofer Straße 2 in 88214 Ravensburg. Das Grundstück liegt im Gelände des Zentrums für Psychiatrie Südwürttemberg Weissenau. Es sollen Fenster- und Sonnenschutzarbeiten ausgeführt werden. Gebäudedaten: Die Bruttogrundfläche (BGF) beträgt gesamt ca. 3.900 m². Der Bruttorauminhalt (BRI) beträgt gesamt ca. 14.800 m³. Der Beginn der Ausführung ist für den 25.03.2024 (KW 13/2024) vorgesehen.
