Description
Die Stadt Gifhorn beabsichtigt den Neubau einer Hauptschule auf dem städtischen Grundstück Campus Süd. Beabsichtigt ist eine Gesamtvergabe der Planungs- und Bauleistungen, der Bauzwischenfinanzierungsleistungen unter Berücksichtigung von Abschlagszahlungen sowie von Wartungs- und Inspektionsleistungen für bis zu 10 Jahre nach rechtsgeschäftlicher Abnahme des Gesamtobjektes. Der Neubau wird vom späteren Auftragnehmer schlüsselfertig erstellt.
