Realisiert wird ein viergeschossiger Neubau mit zusätzlichem Untergeschoss. Der Neubau ist in 4 Gebäudecluster (Cluster A bis Cluster D) unterteilt, die Massen der 4 Gebäudecluster sind zusammengefasst.
