Description
Die Stadt Leonberg beabsichtigt die Feuerwache Warmbronn mit einer voraussichtlichen Fläche von ca. 1.400 m² BGF neu zu erstellen. Die Renaturierung der Fläche der rückzubauenden Bestandswache ist ebenfalls Projektbestandteil. Aktuell wird von folgenden Grobkosten ausgegangen: 4,6 Mio. Euro brutto (KG200-600). Der Planungsbeginn ist für Mitte 2024 und die Inbetriebnahme nach jetzigem Stand für Ende 2026 vorgesehen.
