Description
Das Hallenbad am Gymnasium Lohne entspricht in der Ausstattung und dem Badeangebot nicht mehr den aktuellen Anforderungen. Eine Grundsanierung des bestehenden Hallenbades ist insbesondere auch aufgrund der gravierenden baulichen Mängel unwirtschaftlich. Daher ist ein Neubau des Hallenbades mit Freianlagen und Stellplätzen vorgesehen. Der konkrete Standort des Neubaus auf dem Gelände ist noch nicht final festgelegt. Die Baukosten des Hallenbadneubaus werden nach derzeitiger Grobkostenschätzung (KG 100-700) auf ca. 20 Mio. EUR brutto geschätzt.
