Description

VOLLSTÄNDIGER TITEL: "Neubau eines gemeindlichen Bauhofes mit Sozial- und Lagerräumen in Neuburg a.Inn - Planungsleistungen für technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 4, 5 anteilig, 6 anteilig, 7 bei Bedarf anteilig und 8 anteilig gem. § 53 HOAI 2021" • Die Gemeinde Neuburg am Inn beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines neuen gemeindlichen Bauhofes mit Sozialräumen und Lagerräumen. Für das dafür vorgesehene Hanggrundstück mit ca. 1,15 ha wird aktuell ein Bebauungsplan aufgestellt und parallel eine Flächennutzungsplanänderung durchgeführt. Die Anlage soll eine Größe von ca. 2.000 m² BGF umfassen. Die Auftraggeberin legt Wert auf eine innovative Planung mit einem entsprechenden Energiekonzept mit PV-Anlage. Eventuell könnte eine Hackschnitzelheizung in Betracht gezogen werden.
