Die Blumenstadt Tessin beabsichtigt den Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte. Ziel und Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss je 1 Planungsvertrages für die 3 Lose Gebäude, Tragwerk und Technische Ausrüstung. Die Kindertagesstätte ist barrierefrei und nach den „Hygienegrundsätzen in Kindertagesstätten Mecklenburg-Vorpommern“ zu planen. Sie ist in die 3 Bereiche Kindergarten, Kinderkrippe und Mittelteil mit Verwaltung und Veranstaltung aufgegliedert.
