Description

Außenanlagen: Die Hansestadt Buxtehude beabsichtigt am Schulstandort der Integrierten Gesamtschule (IGS) eine Sporthalle als Ersatzneubau zu errichten. Die neue Sporthalle wird als 3-Feldhalle in Kombination mit einer 2-Feldhalle geplant. Das Bauvorhaben soll mit einem Nachhaltigkeitszertifikat der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) in der Kategorie „Gold“ ausgezeichnet werden. Die Außenanlagen umfassen die Herstellung der Stellplätze, Zufahrten und Wege sowie den Vorplatz, einschl. Regenwasserentwässerung. Herstellen von Vegetationsflächen mit Ausstattung.
