Description

Die Gemeinde Zimmern o.R. errichtet einen Neubau einer Dreifeldsporthalle. Das Grundstück liegt am westlichen Ortsrand der Gemeinde, es wird von der Alten Flözlinger Straße erschlossen. Untergeschoss und Treppenhaus der Sporthalle werden in Stahlbetonbauweise erstellt, die übrigen oberirdischen Bauteile in Holzbauweise. Die überbaute Fläche des Neubaus beträgt knapp 1.800 m² mit einer BGF von ca. 3.000 m² und einem BRI von ca. 20.000 m³.
