Description
Die Kreisstadt Unna beabsichtigt, gemäß Rettungsdienstbedarfsplan, auf einem Teilstück des Flurstücks 1317 an der Bundesstraße 1, neben dem Gebäude Hausnummer 1, eine Rettungswache für den Einsatz von 2 Fahrzeugen im 24h Betrieb und ein Reservefahrzeug sowie eine Waschhalle zu errichten. Die Rettungswache ist als dauerhafter Massivbau vorgesehen, eine Unterkellerung ist nicht geplant. Der Auftrag umfasst die Fachplanungsleistungen im Bereich Freianlagenplanung (LPH 1 bis 9). Für den Neubau der Rettungswache werden in diesem Verfahren die Leistungsphasen nach HOAI abgefragt und stufenweise vergeben.
