Im Rahmen des Neubaus 3. Modul Umschlagbahnhof (Ubf) Kornwestheim soll westlich des Baufeldes Landwirtschaftsflächen als Baustelleneinrichtungsflächen genutzt werden. Hierfür wurde ein Bodenschutzplan für die Nutzung der Flächen (BE-Flächen) erarbeitet, in dem vorläufige Vermeidungs- oder Minderungsmaßnahmen festgelegt worden sind.
