La présente consultation a pour objet les prestations de nettoyage permettant de maintenir en bon état de propreté les locaux du complexe gymnique Ludivine Furnon, complexe neuf. L'objectif primordial des prestations est d'assurer un niveau de propreté, de confort et d'hygiène convenable. Les consommables pour les sanitaires sont inclus au contrat. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires (prestations récurrentes) et par des prix unitaires (prestations ponctuelles). Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions).
