Description
Der Auftragnehmer verkauft und liefert der KfW abgesehen von der initialen Beschaffung nach mitgeteiltem Bedarf während der Laufzeit des Auftrages sukzessiv Hardware und hardwarenahe Software des Herstellers NetApp in Form von Neusystemen und Erweiterungen für vorhandene Bestandssysteme. Er Überlässt nach mitgeteiltem Bedarf der KfW Software des Herstellers NetApp. Wartet und pflegt während der Laufzeit des Vertrags fortlaufend den vorhandenen Bestand an Hard- und Software und nimmt bei Bestandserweiterungen an Hard- und Software diese unter Wartung / Pflege.
