Vállalkozási keretszerződés keretében a nemzeti felsőoktatásról szóló 2011. évi CCIV. törvény (továbbiakban: Nftv.) 108.§ 43a. pontja szerinti Neptun Egységes Tanulmányi Rendszer technológiai és jogszabályi követése, támogatása, valamint kapcsolódó szolgáltatások nyújtása a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban (műszaki leírás, szerződéstervezet) meghatározottak szerint.
