Description
The Contracting Authority has decided to terminate the ongoing procurement process due to revised needs that require modifications to the tender documents. The reasons for termination of the procurement process include among others changes in the requirements for activation of options as well as the requirements for the Supplier in relation to Customer provided equipment. The Contracting Authority has evaluated that these changes are substantial and cannot be made without fundamentally altering the tender documents. Consequently, the Contracting Authority must cancel the current process with the intention of republishing the revised tender at the earliest opportunity. The Contracting Authority wants an open, transparent and positive dialogue with all Tenderers.
