Description

Need for IT competence, new competition. Ullensaker municipality has a modern IT platform primarily built on Microsoft Azure services. A central part of the platform is Microsoft Entra-ID, which is used internally and against external cloud services. In connection with this, the municipality needs occasional competence for services such as Microsoft Entra-ID, Intune, On-Prem Domene (including internal CA), Azure Virtual Desktop, IaaS, Fabric, Defender etc. The municipality also has internal user support for IT services that at times need expanded capacity. In order to safeguard the need, the municipality would like to establish a flexible contract for access to Competence at different levels, at a reasonable cost level depending on the competence level. Examples of competence/resources that may be relevant: • Senior consultant Microsoft AVD - set up a new AVD environment if needed • Consultant client - assist in major replacement of clients who require experience with Microsoft Intune and client • Temporary user support - cover the temporary increased need for user support the municipality would like to know about the possibilities of such an agreement, how it will function in prac…
