Description
Subject of this purchase is a database and access of navigation information publications, which Lithuanian Air Force Air Base will use for planning and execution of flights. Navigation information publications must comply with EU OPS/ICAO recommendations and requirements. Lithuanian Air force is tasked with non-standard military, humanitarian and civilian operations; therefore, the navigation publications must include military and civilian airfields across all regions and include navigation information for airplanes and helicopters used in Lithuanian Air force.
