Pirkimas vykdomas pakartotinai 2024 m. spalio 29 d. paskelbtam ir vėliau nutrauktam pirkimui „Nauji elektriniai žemagrindžiai M3CE autobusai“ (senojo CVP IS Nr. 734695, naujas CVP IS ID Nr. 322985). Pirkimo dokumentai pateikiami su korekcijomis, atliktomis atsižvelgiant į Klaipėdos apygardos teismo nutartimi patvirtintą Taikos sutartį civilinėje byloje dėl minėto pirkimo. Koreguoti techninės specifikacijos 7.1, 18.1 ir 18.2 punktai.
