Description
1 - Introduction - description of the service Norsk Tipping plans to enter into a contract for nationwide communication from Telia Norge AS (Tidligere TDC AS) (Anskaffelse, NT-0050-16). The contract includes the delivery of communication between Norsk Tipping ́s terminals and the main office. A terminal is a playing terminal located at the agents. Negotiations have been made with Telia Norge AS for an extension of the current operational agreement, NT-0050-16. The original contract is valid until 31.03.2025. The contract extension means that the operational contract will continue to run after the original expiry date, with a duration of three years from and including 01.04.2025. 2 - Legal assessment - justification for the intention notice. The procurement regulations aim to promote effective use of society ́s resources, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 1. In this case Norsk Tipping has carried out an assessment and considers an extension of the current agreement with Telia Norge AS to be the most efficient use of society's resources.
