Description
Deze aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd door het Inkoop Uitvoeringscentrum Belastingdienst (hierna IUC Belastingdienst) in opdracht van Categoriemanagement Logistiek. Het Categoriemanagement Logistiek is binnen de Rijksoverheid verantwoordelijk voor de rijksbrede sourcingstrategie en inkoop van diverse logistieke diensten, waaronder pakketdiensten. Deze aanbesteding richt zich uitsluitend op de binnenlandse pakketdiensten. Het doel is een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige raamovereenkomst te sluiten met een leverancier die in staat is om pakketten binnen Nederland tijdig en zorgvuldig te verwerken, inclusief aanvullende diensten zoals ophalen, sorteren, traceren en het bieden van extra services zoals aangetekende verzending of aanvullende verzekering. Op basis van de cijfers uit de huidige Raamovereenkomst verwacht de categorie Logistiek dat het jaarlijkse verzendvolume in de nieuwe contractperiode zal uitkomen op circa 170.000 tot 180.000 Pakketten per jaar. Dit is een indicatieve prognose 6 miljoen euro excl. btw
