Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung eines Nanolithografie-Systems (auch „Multi-Photonen-Lithografie“) zur additiven Fertigung (auch „two-photon polymerization“) von Mikro- und Nanooptiken, das höchsten wissenschaftlichen Ansprüchen genügt. Das Nanolithografie-System wird in einem geeigneten Reinraum an der Technischen Hochschule Nürnberg betrieben.
