Záměrem zadavatele je uzavření Kupní smlouvy, na základě které vybraný účastník na svou odpovědnost a náklady dodá zadavateli po jejím uzavření předmět plnění této zakázky (zboží), kterým je svozové vozidlo pro svoz komunálních odpadů (směsný komunální odpad, vytříděný odpad – plasty, papír, sklo, kompozitní obaly a bioodpad).
