Description
Predmet javnega naročila je nabava, implementacija in vzdrževanje programske rešitve na področju umetne inteligence za potrebe nadzorniških procesov Agencije za zavarovalni nadzor (naročnik). Rešitev temelji na odprtem ali odprto-licenčnem velikem jezikovnem modelu (LLM) z RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) tehnologijo, strukturiranimi pipeline-i za obdelavo tabelaričnih podatkov ter namensko aplikacijo za redno oceno tveganj posameznega subjekta nadzora.
