Description
Predmet javnega naročila je sukcesivna dobava konvencionalnih in ekoloških živil z vzpostavitvijo dinamičnega nabavnega sistema. Naročnik izvaja postopek oddaje javnega naročila skladno z določili Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21 in 132/23), in sicer ekološka živila predstavljajo vsaj 15% celotne nabave živil, pri čemer so ekološki artikli vključeni kot posamezna zaključena skupina artiklov v posamezni kategoriji.
