Predmet javnega naročila obsega dobavo novega mamografskega aparata ter hkrati odkup obstoječega mamografskega aparata, ki je last naročnika in predstavlja osnovno sredstvo naročnika. Skupna pogodbena vrednost javnega naročila vključuje celotno ceno novega aparata ter odkupno vrednost obstoječega aparata. Naročnik pri predmetnem javnem naročilu za nakup mamografa ravna v skladu s Smernicami za opremo zdravstvenih izvajalcev (DORE) ter pri določanju tehničnih specifikacij upošteva strokovne zahteve in priporočila, opredeljena v navedenem dokumentu.
