Description
Predmetom zákazky je poskytnutie služby v rámci akcie „Nakladanie s odpadom v obci Trenčianske Stankovce“. Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb pri nakladaní s komunálnymi odpadmi, t. j. služieb spojených so zberom, prepravou a zhodnotením alebo zneškodnením komunálnych odpadov v obci Trenčianske Stankovce. Služby je potrebné zabezpečiť v súlade s hierarchiou odpadového hospodárstva vyplývajúcej zo zákona č. 79/2015 Z. z. o odpadoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení zmien a doplnkov (ďalej len „Zákon o odpadoch“) a súvisiacich právnych predpisov.
