Description
Predmetom zákazky je nakladanie s odpadmi v súlade so zákonom č. 79/2015 Z. z. o odpadoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov, prípadne podľa ekvivalentných právnych noriem platných v členských krajinách podľa sídla uchádzača. Verejný obstarávateľ zabezpečí vyzbieranie zmesového komunálneho odpadu (ďalej len odpad) z územia mesta a jeho prepravu. Následné zneškodňovanie zabezpečí poskytovateľ služby. Celkové predpokladané množstvo odpadu je 5 000 ton počas trvania zmluvy do 31.12.2024
