Description
Predmet nabave je zagotavljanje storitev prenosa podatkov DATALINK, ki potekajo po posebni komunikacijski mreži, katero sestavljajo tudi posebni VHF oddajniki in sprejemniki ter ustrezne povezave do njih na zemlji in VHF oddajniki in sprejemniki na letalih. Naročnik, kot izvajalec navigacijskih služb zračnega prometa na podlagi EU področne zakonodaje zagotavlja komunikacijo med kontrolorji zračnega prometa in piloti preko Datalink-a. Naročnik je tako dolžan zagotavljati zemeljski del te mreže, s katero pa ne razpolaga in jo najema kot storitev.
