С цел обезпечаване административната дейност на "Български ВиК холдинг“ ЕАД е сключен договор за наем на недвижим имот № РД-01-12/06.03.2025г. за ползване на офис сграда с обща квадратура 578,98 кв. м., находяща се в гр. София, бул. Гоце Делчев 142-142А и със срок на действие 1 година, считано от датата на сключване на договора. В Закона за обществените поръчки са изброени изчерпателно случаите, в които е допустимо да не се прилага закона, като един от тези случаи е наемането на недвижим имот и е уреден в хипотезата на чл. 13, ал. 1, т. 4 от ЗОП.
