Predmet javnega naročila je nadomestna novogradnja stavbe Oddelka za infekcijske bolezni in vročinska stanja v UKC Maribor, ki obsega izvedbo gradbenih, obrtniških in instalacijskih (GOI) del, s katerimi se izvede gradnja nove stavbe Oddelka za infekcijske bolezni in vročinska stanja. Javno naročilo predstavlja celovito investicijo nadomestne novogradnje stavbe Oddelka za infekcijske bolezni in vročinska stanja v UKC Maribor: - novogradnjo objekta infekcijske klinike na mestu obstoječe, - tehnološko vgradnjo medicinske opreme, - z investicijo povezane storitve.
