ECP zajemajo naslednje evidence: - Evidenca o tahografih (evidenca TAHOEV) - Evidenca o izobraževanjih in usposabljanjih za tehnike delavnic za tahografe in oseb pooblaščenih za nadzor nad tahografi (evidenca TAHOEV_IZOBR) - Evidence o prevozih nevarnega blaga (evidenca ADR) - Evidenca o izdanih potrdilih o usposobljenosti za spremljevalca izrednih prevozov (evidenca IZREDNI_PREVOZI). Za obdobje petih let od podpisa pogodbe je potrebno zagotoviti pomoč vsem uporabnikom, ki so vključeni v ECP in zagotoviti vzdrževanje delovanja informacijskega sistema ECP.
