Predmet javnega naročila je "Nadgradnja in vzdrževanje centrov vodenja v družbah HSE, DEM in SENG". HSE Invest d. o. o. izvaja predmetno naročilo za končnega naročnika Holding Slovenske elektrarne d.o.o. (HSE), ki v svojem imenu in za svoj račun ter v imenu in za račun še dveh naročnikov, družb skupine HSE, Dravske elektrarne Maribor d.o.o. (DEM) in Soške elektrarne Nova Gorica d.o.o. (SENG) na podlagi njunega pooblastila, naroča navedene storitve. Predmet naročila je izvedba nadgradnje in vzdrževanja centrov vodenja (CV) v družbah HSE, DEM in SENG, ki ga naročnik opredeljuje v naslednja segmenta: - faza 1: Nadgradnja programske opreme CV HSE/DEM/SENG, - faza 2: Vzdrževanje in tehnična podpora programske opreme CV HSE/DEM/SENG. Javno naročilo ni razdeljeno na sklope. Ponudnik mora ponuditi vse storitve v obsegu javnega naročila, ki mora zajemati obe fazi.
