Javno nadmetanje provodi se u svrhu odabira gospodarskog subjekta s namjerom sklapanja ugovora na rok od 84 (osamdeset četiri) mjeseca s jednim, najbolje ocijenjenim, gospodarskim subjektom za nabavu cisterne 10.000 litara putem financijskog leasinga sukladno tehničkoj specifikaciji i ponudbenom troškovniku.
