Description
Ce contrat comprend la planification et l'exécution par un planificateur général de l'extension et de la transformation du centre de contrôle du trafic lourd à Berne. Outre l'extension des surfaces de bureaux, il est prévu d'améliorer le fonctionnement de l'entreprise par de petits travaux de transformation et d'adaptation à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. La réalisation se fera sous exploitation. En outre, il est prévu de construire une installation photovoltaïque sur les toits. Les travaux à réaliser comprennent les phases SIA 31-53. Les disciplines suivantes doivent être représentées pour le projet : Planificateur général, y compris l'architecture (direction générale, gestion du projet et des coûts) avec des spécialisations en génie civil, en technique du bâtiment, y compris la coordination technique, ainsi que des spécialistes (physique du bâtiment, protection contre l'incendie).
