Description
Riigihanke eesmärk on osta Moldova Vabariigile, Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskusele (RKIK) ja Kaitseväele N-kategooria sõidukeid koos remont-, hooldus- ja vajadusel ümberehitustöödega. Juhul, kui N-kategooria sõidukeid ostetakse Moldova Vabariigile, teostatakse remont-, hooldus- ja vajadusel ümberehitustööd Moldova Vabariigi territooriumil. Juhul, kui hankija soovib tellida sõidukeid ja teenuseid Moldova Vabariigile, tohivad vastavalt Euroopa rahutagamisrahastu toetuslepingutele EPF/2022/27 (Moldova) ja EPF/2023/21 (Moldova) hankemenetluses osaleda ettevõtted, kes on registreeritud ning kelle pakutav toode on pärit järgmistest piirkondadest: EL liikmesriigid, Albaania, Bosnia ja Hertsegoviina, Gruusia, Island, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, Põhja-Makedoonia, Norra, Serbia, Ukraina, Aruba, Kanada, Tšiili, Hong Kong, Iisrael, Jaapan, Mehhiko, Singapur, Lõuna-Korea, Šveits, Taiwan, Ühendkuningriik, Ameerika Ühendriigid.
