Description
The subject of the procurement is to create a new digital service “Myhelsinki 2.0” to serve the target audiences of Helsinki Partners ("Contracting Entity") according to the Helsinki Partners strategy and visual identity. The selected Service Provider is responsible for the UI/UX/CX implementation and production of technical solutions both front and back-end. The procurement also includes continuous maintenance services and small-scale development services. The subject of the procurement, requirements (in particular Annexes 2, 2.1 and 2.2) and the relevant contract terms (in particular Annex 0) are described in more detail in the procurement documents and its annexes. The procurement is not divided into lots because a smaller procurement would not be interesting enough to the tenderers. The contract period starts from signing and is valid until further notice.
