Description
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het vinden van een nieuwe MXDR-partner. Onder MXDR verstaan wij Managed Extended Detection and Response (hierna: MXDR). Deze nieuwe MXDR-partner (de dienstverlener) gaat werken met onze bestaande Security Information and Event Management (hierna: SIEM). De bestaande SIEM die gemeente Gooise Meren heeft is Microsoft Sentinel. De Dienstverlening is tweeledig: 1. Het 24/7 monitoren van de gemeentelijke ICT-infrastructuur, bij incidenten triage toepassen en vooraf gedefinieerde processen (playbooks) volgen. 2. Gevraagd en ongevraagd advies geven over de hardening van onze Microsoft-omgeving. 100.000 max. per jaar. De looptijd is maximaal 6 jaar.
