HSY Helsingin seudun ympäristöpalvelut -kuntayhtymä pyytää sitovaa tarjoustanne hankintakaudella 1.5.2024 – 30.4.2027 hankittavista muovisista vesijohtoputkista ja vesijohtoputkien yhteistä sekä optioita jaksoille 1.5.2027 - 30.4.2028 ja 1.5.2028 - 30.4.2029. Hankinta on erityisalojen hankintalain (1398/2016) mukainen tavarahankinta, joka toteutetaan avoimella menettelynä.
