Accord-cadre pour la fourniture, l'installation et la maintenance de multiplexeurs PDH d’accès basse vitesse pour le réseau de transmission de INFRABEL. Pour ce marché des installations et prestations sur l’ensemble du territoire belge devront être réalisées. 8 ans, prolongeable 2 fois 1 an pour l'achat associé à 10 ans de maintenance par achat soit 18 ans, prolongeable 2 fois 1 an pour la maintenance.
