Description

The Financial Mechanism Office (FMO), the secretariat of the EEA and Norway Grants, invites is seeking tenders for the establishment of Framework Agreements for Digital Communication Services. The FMO aims to conclude Framework Agreements with up to five (5) contractors to support its digital-first communication activities. Services will be contracted on an as-needed basis through individual Detailed Contracts. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed. The primary place of performance will be Brussels, although assignments may also involve delivery or travel in Donor and Beneficiary States. Under these Framework Agreements, contractors would be contracted to support the FMO with strategic digital communication services, including advisory support, content creation and audiovisual production across digital channels. The scope covers activities such as strategic communication support, graphic design and web-related services, and audiovisual production.
