Předmětem zakázky je výstavba Multifunkčního knihovnického a vzdělávacího centra Prachatice. Výstavba je realizována metodou Design-Build („vyprojektuj a postav“) na základě dokumentace pro vydání společného povolení stavby a technických podmínek vymezených prostřednictvím požadavků na účel, výkon nebo funkci stavby namísto podrobné (prováděcí) dokumentace.
