Description
De bij de gemeente Zaanstad in gebruik zijnde Multi Functionele Printers (hierna: MFP) zijn heel nodig aan vervanging toe. Ze worden steeds storingsgevoeliger en de huidige leverancier stopt met de ondersteuning. Het voornemen van de Aanbestedende dienst is om per 1 mei 2024 een overeenkomst te hebben afgesloten met één (1) leverancier voor de spoedige levering van de benodigde MFP's (57 stuks) met de bijbehorende dienstverlening (installatie, ondersteuning, onderhoud en service). Initiële overeenkomst voor de duur van 5 jaar met een mogelijkheid tot verlenging met 2x 1 jaar.
