The Contracting Authority invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to provide high-quality training and skills development programmes under a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision, design and delivery of Data-Driven and AI-Enabled Workforce Development Services. These programmes will support the development of digital fluency, data analytics capability, and AI-enabled decision-making across participating member companies, driving innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable productivity growth.
