Description
The contracting authority would like tenders for a hire agreement that shall include the hire of new printers and multi-function machines with a secure print system and accessories (not paper), as well as a service agreement thereof. See the requirement specifications for a comprehensive description of the delivery. The contracting authority for this competition is Melhus municipality, Malvik municipality, Skaun municipality and Midtre Gauldal municipality. The contracting authority uses a joint notice and has prepared joint tender documentation and the procurement is administered by Melhus municipality. Each municipality will be independent legal entities and will enter into separate identical contracts.
