Description
The competition is for a framework agreement for leasing multi-function machines, with an option for a system for secure scanning/printing. The objective of the framework agreement is to standardise the machinery, simplify operation, service and maintenance, as well as simplify the administration and procurement. Multifunction machines means machines that primarily have the possibility of the following functions: copies, printers, stapling, hole punching, scanners. The contracting authority envisages a need for a small, medium sized and large multi-function machine.
