Description
This Tendering Procedure is concerned with the intention to contract three (3) agreements with three (3) different Contractors; one (1) Contractor per each Lot These agreements are aimed at delivering components for, and the assembly of the MSR-gateway 0.8 System. This will involve delivery clauses for the actual delivery of the system, and clauses on service and warranty for the technical lifetime of the MSR-gateway 0.8 system and its components.
