Alliander is op zoek naar een partij welke de afdeling Learning & Development (L&D) binnen Alliander helpt te versnellen op onze strategische pijlers. Daartoe willen we een Managed Service Provider (MSP) voor Opleidingen aankopen en contracteren. Het is een randvoorwaarde voor het professionaliseren, regisseren, beheren en onderhouden van onze ontwikkelmogelijkheden, waarbij ook schaalbaarheid en flexibiliteit in het ontwikkelen van ons vakmanschap en persoonlijke ontwikkeling mogelijk worden. Dit houdt samengevat in dat de MSP Opleidingen de “broker” is van alle externe opleidingsaanbieders voor Alliander N.V. en het MSP Opleidingen het digitale platform levert, beheert en inricht om alle opleidingen voor Alliander N.V. te ontsluiten. Daarbij voert de MSP Opleidingen bijbehorende en benodigde basisprocessen uit, zoals administratieve, logistieke en financiële processen.
