Description
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Ausschreibung eines Handelspartners, über den der Beitritt zum Microsoft Hochschulrahmenvertrag (gültig vom 01.05.2025 bis 30.04.2030) sowie die Überlassung von Microsoft Softwarelizenzen auf Abonnementbasis abgewickelt wird. Der Beitritt erfolgt zu den Bedingungen des Microsoft Hochschulrahmenvertrages, die in folgenden Dokumenten festgelegt sind: • Campus and School Agreement (CASA 2018) • Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES 2018) • Zusatzvereinbarung CTM Nr. 7-3C7LUYJVXL zwischen Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited ("Microsoft") und dem Leibniz Rechenzentrum Garching (LRZ).
