Description

Le système de nœuds routiers à la jonction de la N1 à Rothrist doit être rénové. L'objectif est d'améliorer la fluidité du trafic, en particulier d'éviter les bouchons sur l'autoroute et d'augmenter la sécurité routière, notamment pour la mobilité douce. La rénovation doit garantir une exploitation à faible entretien pendant 25 ans et donc un système global stable et performant pour au moins 25 ans. Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet les prestations du Planificateur du trafic. La description détaillée des prestations figure dans les documents d'appel d'offres.
