Description
Gegenstand der Maßnahme nach § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III ist die Aktivierung und berufliche Eingliederung. Diese Maßnahme kann alle Aktivitäten der Aktivierung und Unterstützung der Arbeitslosen umfassen, die auf eine dauerhafte berufliche Eingliederung gerichtet sind. Die Maßnahme ist für Geflüchtete ausgelegt, die aufgrund ihrer aktuellen Bedarfslage dem marktferneren Kundenkreis zuzuordnen sind.
